Do my photos ever leave my device?
No. Your photo is converted into a puzzle entirely on your device and is never uploaded or sent anywhere. See our Privacy Policy.
I've used up my free puzzles for the week.
SnapPaint includes a few free puzzles each week. When you run out, you can watch a short ad for one more, or make a one-time Unlock Unlimited purchase for unlimited puzzles and no ads.
I bought "Unlock Unlimited" but it's gone (new phone or reinstall).
Tap Restore Purchases on the unlock screen, signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with. Your purchase will be restored at no charge.
The puzzle came out too simple or too detailed.
Choose a different difficulty before converting — higher difficulty means more colors and smaller regions for a more detailed result.
